For stuffing :
Mawa- 400g
Sooji - 100g
Sugar- 200g
Elaichi- half tablespoon
Ghee- 4 tablespoon
For dough:
Maida- 150g
Salt- half tablespoon
Ghee- 4 to 5 tablespoon
Water- 25 ml
Procedure:
First heat up the pan once it is done add the sooji in it then when a golden brown colour comes then add mawa in it once they all are done add the elaichi in it then let the mixture be cold when it is completely cold then add the sugar in it.
For the dough take maida in a bowl add salt and add ghee for moin then add water and make a tight dough than chapatis then take a portion from the dough and make a sheet through it then take a gujiya maker and keep the sheet over it and the stuffing seal the edges with water and close it press it and then open it your gujiya is ready with the same process make all the gujiya . Then heat up the oil once it is done add gujiya in it fry it till the golden colour comes and your gujiya is ready hopr that you would like this recipe once try it you will love it.
