Mythic raiding is actually just Blizzard making bosses as hilariously difficult as possible for the race and then nerfing them 10 times for everyone not in a top 5 world guild.
yea because wow is full with slow boomers .. if there was a community of like actual people who want to get better , it would be killable and so on. but your player base being 40yo boomers in IT with ugly wives and 2 ugly kids . you have no choice
True. Horrible design. It's why I only raid in 14 now. Balance changes are laughable. Let's release fights and nerf them by 50% months later. Get real.
It's being tested again this Thursday, but Max was absolutely right when he said that most guilds weren't gonna get more than a minute into this fight. This was an absolute disaster for us when we tested it LMAO

@@Nathrocks12 Halondrus was the 7th boss. I guess technically you could do it 4th if you're insane, but I'm not really sure what logic you would use to say it's the 5th boss.
why have one stack of blue and one stack of red... depending how far apart you have to be you have them staggered so the whole stack isnt running to other sides.. you just get a blue buddy and red buddy and soak each other
Stand in a circle, when possible, alternating red and blue, when you drop orbs you rotate one place and soak the orb. Have not tried this boss so this might be a shit idea 😅
@champboehm7863 you could either allocate the majority of your waking hours to kill cartoon monsters in a game for pre-diabetic 35 year olds, or just engage in video games as a hobby. Though I am jealous of people who enjoy the game that much to the point they want to spend that much time on it.

And you're acting like there wouldn't be THREE easier difficulties, below mythic. Mythic is made for exceptional players - If you have other hobbies (which is totally fine) you just raid NHC/HC and enjoy the game that way
Killing mythic bosses is not made for everyone, it should be exclusive and also feel that way. Stop this “make the content for everyone” bs. There’s 4 difficulties, maybe just pick a lower one

Theres a larger gap from top 100 to bottom end CE, than from bottom end CE to people who doesn't even get aotc. We don't need world 2k guilds to get CE after 19 nerfs and 25 weeks of extending, it SHOULD be hard, and bosses like Halondrus/Tindral, show that good players generally like when bosses are not just loot piñatas
?? he's not complaining, he's happy about it "nothing changes" what exactly should change? other than many of the earlier fights being far too easy mythic raiding has been in a pretty good spot recently though the amount of weakauras required is a bit insane at this point, wish they'd do something about that but that would require rebuilding the game from the ground up
right, so blizzard casualized the entire game to make it more "accessible" for the average noob to play (in the process completely bastardizing most of the things that made it a fun game in the first place), yet when it comes to raiding content they tune it in such a hilariously difficult way that basically only 10 guilds in the world can deal with it. this game honestly deserves to die
so it's basically nisi debuff from ffxiv which while you doing other mechanics, 4 nisi different colour nisi debuffs spawns based on all dps or all support roles. and until that phase done you need to consistently need to switch with your pair player so debuff won't go off because end of the phase one boss casts line of sight mechanic which if you soak that line of sight you instantly cause a wipe and there's only 1 ice wall which mix of two other debuff mechanics causes to make ice wall and all players needs to stay behind of that tiny ice wall while trying not to touch each other. It's called The Epic of Alexander a.k.a TEA Ultimate and that happens on phase 2. Maybe difficulty lies on 20 players which more players causes more problem on the other hand in ffxiv 8 players doing all of that means all 8 players needs to do their job on perfection. Good i think Wow needs some difficulty after i've witnessed that people in mythic+ calling one mechanic hard which tossing a coin to boss every 20-30 seconds LMAO
@@leth9375 you’re forgetting that playing your sim (perfect dps) is significantly harder in wow than it is in FF. Which is more or less required for the people doing the bosses in the world first setting
@@acsilol a check being harder in one game over the other doesn't have anything to do with the difficulty of doing perfect damage. If you have intricate knowledge of both games, it is simply just true, that wow's combat mechanics, procs, gcd time, pace everything about it on the player end of doing dmg is higher skill ceiling than ff.

This is why mythic raiding is completely pointless and idiotic. Blizzard once again proving they cannot design bosses if these don't have multiple one shot mechanics that kill half the raid if not done perfectly, and once again putting addon makers in the center because this will be nearly impossible to do without weakauras. Great job, Blizzard, fatastic!

If you don’t like challenging bosses then just don’t raid mythic dude . I’ve been praying for blizzard to remove loot from mythic so we don’t get the likes of you
@@Thrall966 I am not crapping on your ability to play mythic content. I somewhat envy you, in fact, just as I somewhat envy PvP players for being able to play PvP. I am content with the fact I can, when I want to and when I have time, play mythic plus content on a level that satisfies me, and that is zotally fine. However, as much as you're entitled to your opinion about something, thr same goes for me. There is nothing, and I seriously mean it, *nothing* difficult in the raid wiping because one person was 1 meter out of position. And this orbs stuff is exactly that. The only difficulty here stems from making auras that will pinpoint everything on your screen so you know, in advance, how to move and where. This will be almost impossible to do without them due to overlapping mechsnics. And this also goes directly *against* what Ion was saying a couple of months ago when they were talking about changing the philosophy of boss design and started to disable certain APIs from the UI due to auras being too powerful.
@@ibazulic our best bet is in them converting all the mechanics to private auras so weakauras don’t read them . I agree with u . But even with addons and weakauras you’ll still need multiple tries to perfect it
sad mythic has to be such a slog because of the race.. why cant semi-hardcore guilds get cutting edge earlier and have some hope of reclearing? why do we care so much about an achievement in a video game.. its not worth it in todays economy to wipe on the same boss 400 times.. the prices going up we have jobs and other games to play

trivialize meaning like it's a 500 pull boss instead of 1000? Also I’m not even sure how a weakaura would help much on the difficulty of the mythic mechanic
The funniest part is weakauras trivialize things the least for top guilds with 21st players making calls. Yes though, there will absolutely need to be some way to handle on the fly pairing assignments for 10 sets of 2 in 10 seconds or for some way for them all to rotate around each other. I just hope it's easy like a set of 2 ranged DPS can go camp in a corner and the web breaks and the charge don't mess it up too much.
