27th Dec 2022. I see this video as still relevant, and worthy of learning from by Managers, Leaders and all who matters in business. You do not put limitations in the ways of hard workers, and treat people you have employed, as you do to your dog. Lessons in the video, are enormous. Thanks to Stephen Covey. The world misses your absence
Times are changing for sure...we all have a connection, it is up to us to do good or not, to think for ourselves, and to pursue what we feel is right to ourselves ❤❤
Here because of Mr. Covey. I have the DVD still in the sleeve at the back page of my book, almost took it out but decided to look for the videos in RU-vid. Sure enough, I found them. DVD is still in the sleeve, unopened. :)
Tiene un gran mensaje pero preferiría aprender con videos que estén relacionados con las soluciones antes que con videos de como no deberíamos ser. It has a great meaning but I prefer to learn with videos which are related to solutions instead of videos that show us how we should not be.
Referred here by Stephen Covey's 8th Habit. This video is beyond nauseating, to say the least. Just goes to show that leadership titles don't make for great leaders.
It is an interesting clip, but the boss is surrealistically bad. I've had some bad bosses but Mr Harold is beyond hope. People like this eventually get the pink slip, unless they work in the Government.
jonahtoc I was a CEO, and I worked in seven different countries. I've never seen anyone with such poor customer awareness. But maybe I had good people. You wonder how the company can stay in business with such a moron in charge of sales.
If you read the 8th habit you get a better understanding of it, but it’s about treating people as humans and not machines like the Industrial 🏭 age instead we should treat people as a human in the Knowledge age 👩💻💻📚and its a win win situation before we head into what he believes into the Wisdom Age 🧠🧘♂️🌝.
