I love Dr. Fink. I was blessed to have done a year long social work internship at 10N in 1992-1993. I learned so much from this kind and brilliant man. I appreciate this upload.

Honored to have learned ECT from Dr Fink in 1997 at Stony Brook. He is a legend. A rare gentleman, with outstanding bedside manners, vast clinical knowledge, amazing mentor and writer. May G-d bless him for his enormous contribution to the world of medicine and psychiatry. For everything he has taught over decades and thousands of lives that he has saved through his own work and teaching.

Which test for catatonia? Is he talking about the lorazepam challenge test or dexamethasone suppression test?

I am a great admirer. Have just cited some of his several works, and also acknowledged his personal influence on my thinking, in a book just out: Story by Story: Who I Am, What I Suffer.
