This game was beyond great!!! Awesome!!! One of the last great games of last gen and the soundtrack was so epic and fit the mood right. The story telling wasn't nothing short of greatness. I wish they would remaster this in 60fps on consoles

Damn! This chapter looks exhilarating and is suspenseful at times! You really get the sense that they both needed each other doing their maximum effort to survive that, and then you get the end scene 🤦‍♂️

Max Payne on hardcore is one of those games that says: "Screw you, you think your skill is gonna save you?" which means that even if you're extremely skilled you still have to be lucky that when you start headshotting 6 guys and kill 4 of them very fast you gotta be LUCKY you don't get headshotted yourself by one of the last 2... Take away painkillers and bullet time and you get realistic gunfighting, no shit you need luck AND skill.

@@deathstormer New York Minute Hardcore *IS* pretty easy, because you just have to beat all chapters at once on normal difficulty, but making a good score in it is infuriating because of how randomly enemies spawn and how different they can move and attack you

Every mission music was so perfect capturing the atmosphere and emotion of the level, the Stadium music, the Police Station music, the Imperial Palace Hotel music are some of my favourites.

Stadium chapter and the money exchange cutscene are one of my most favorite in the entire game The stadium soundtrack is great and i love the fact that Max gets shot here Might come off as weird but i totally vibe with the moment of vulnerability as he thinks of everything that happened now and in the past while literally bleeding out Also nice attention to detail in that the bullet wound heals up with each chapter

Bullet time has existed since the first Max Payne... which dates back to 2001, before the first Red Dead came out. So yeah, Dead Eye could easily have been based off bullet time but it actually wasn´t either, but whatever.
