"Have you ever wished-" For a fish? "That we had a better suit in Subnautica?" Um.....no.....not really. "So sorry, it you wanted an early game availability." As your game piece is taken back a few paces.....the game 'Sorry' I was referring to if anyone didn't understand what I was meaning. "What dose the brine suit do different?" Why it can dice carrots and make latte's. "It's meant to protect you-" From a xenomorph attack (becuase lets be real, it would). "Take that mushshroom." No, not- No. Put it down man, you don't need it. "While I don't go swimming in the brine too much." That's......actually a 'good' thing. "I don't know your life." No.....no you do not.
You know, I wasn't even thinking of the acid shrooms while I was making the Brine Suit - just the brine in the Lost River, hence the name. But I'm not going to count the immunity to bursting acid shrooms as a bad thing. If you combine the Brine Suit with the Tech Pistol, (www.nexusmods.com/subnautica/mods/145 made by Coticvo and MrPurple6411) you don't even need the Prawn for harvesting the large resource nodes under the brine. Which is one of the reasons I made the Brine Suit, as the Prawn suit is janky and has a frustrating tendency to clip through the ground and fall into the void in my experience. The Brine Suit mod also fixes a bug related to the brine in the Lost River; in the vanilla game, if you enter the acid and then get into a vehicle that's also under the brine - your Prawn on the cave floor, for example - you keep taking damage until you either get out of the brine, or die. With the Brine Suit mod installed, any acid damage taken by the player is negated while they're in a vehicle - you don't need to be wearing a brine suit to get this benefit.
I needed a test that I would survive after multiple bites, plus it doesn't help if the Reaper just swallows you whole. Who do you think I am? Drax from Guardians of the Galaxy?
