Today is World Mental Health Day, and I am glad that, besides physical health, more attention is being brought to mental health. Because if you ask me, this is the most important subject of our time.
I wanted to share my thoughts with you on what I call emotional health and what we can do as individuals to heal and take care of ourselves and others.
