Unfortunately, ‘mongool’ is also a common Dutch term for someone with Down syndrome, and the Dutch like to swear and call names by using diseases and disabilities. It’s a weird cultural twist. So he just translated what he knew into Double Dutch without ever realising that people from Mongolia would hear it differently. Or at all. Nor did we, we Dutchies were quite surprised when that blew up, until realisation set in

@@F.F144 there is no way that everybody would be like Max. And if it would, it would be a lot more interesting. Lots of people are fed up with watching cars following 1 car that is 20 seconds ahead of the rest of the field. Violence is not allowed in F1. And Max got his punishment for that. So that matter is done. For the rest I would like to see what you claim Verstappen is cheating or rule breaking with. And come up with some recent stuff, this video is digging all stuff up from 6-7 years ago. Don't ignore that we are a few years later now and Max had matured a lot. Be glad that there are some people in F1 that spice things up. Like Senna, James Hunt, Michael Schumacher.

Why do everybody remembers the safetycar in Abu Dhabi and Vertappen overtook Hamilton and no one remembers Hamilton cut the track, kept position and got away with it without penalty? I believe that if Hamilton gave back the position the race would have ended behind safetycar and Hamilton would be champion. Lets also not forget Bachrein, Hamilton went 44 laps out wide off tracks "Max you can go wide, Lewis does it too" and all of the sudden there were track limits...race control just got their favourites. They should take care of that instead of just firing Masi

And no there werent sudden track limits in Bahrain which you seem too stupid to even spell let alone remember what happened. The corner was never looked at for track limits the whole weekend. Lewis didnt cut the corner to overtake anyone 🤣🤣🤣

I'm Dutch. We have a Dutch F1 world champion, which we never had. F1 in The Netherlands is more popular than ever, and Max is single-handedly responsible for that. I think Max is extremely focused, which explains his self-centredness. It's perhaps not always something I enjoy seeing; sometimes I think he can let go a little. But I do think it's what makes him such a great driver. Last year in Abu Dhabi, I don't think any true fan was happy with how the race ended, irrespective of who you support. I do think the end-result reflected the season quite well: championship for Max, constructors title for Mercedes. But 10 laps before the end, I thought to myself, "that's it", and I had made my peace with it. What happened wasn't in my hands, though, so I accept it anyway. But it's not something I'd like to see repeated.

Right, but I don’t think it was only the end the fans were not happy about, it was also lap 1 which was a big disappointment when it was decided Lulu didn’t have to swap places, which was all season the standard for this kind of situations. (And then I keep the double yellow infringement out of it) All in all, FIA did everything to make it a championship half way the season but overdid it to much.

Hamilton should have won. he was blowing everybody away until the official single handily gifted max the championship. I wont take anything away from max but Jesus christ it was a huge blemish on the sport the way that ended… it looked so orchestrated and then max was simply handed the trophy 🏆 after Hamilton was utterly dominating. This year in 2022 max looks like he will win this year’s championship leaving no doubts.

Max is Dutch, which makes him blunt and direct in his communications. On top he is quite an alpha male which increases all of that, And then there is a difference in meaning and use of words in different languages. "Mongol" is (was) a relatively often used street word, used to call someone stupid. It actually originates from Down syndrome, in pre-woke times these people sometimes were called "mongooltjes" ("Little mongols"). That was even meant affectionately, believe it or not... So Max was not at all referring to Mongolians. He used an old street word and probably wasn't even aware where of the origin of it. .

The last is not a Max point, it was FIA who made a mess of the whole race, first by not giving Lewis a grid penalty for his second double yellow infringement, and second for gaining advantage by leaving the track. And the last few laps were just a big fuck up, although I liked it, but it was way controversial by what was the spirit of the rules, but thanks to the god rule, all within the rules.

You could argue same mistake was made in 1989 where Senna got disqualified for "cutting" the track after the famous crash we all know. Arguement being "he had to do 180 go back on track peoperly (basically bigger risk of driving head on into other cars) and take the last corner

8:00 The 2021 safety car regulations stated that: Any cars may overtake the safety car. Which has now changed to: All cars may overtake the safety car. That's why only 5 cars were allowed to overtake the leaders in Abu Dhabi.

Very sad video. It's only for making someone look bad. Watching the video gives you the idea that Max won the last race because he did something wrong. Max didn’t win the race because he did something wrong but something wrong was done…… Max did win the championship by doing something wrong many things he did wrong he cheated crashed into people drive people off track he did many things wrong to won’t the championship. But it’s his and that’s ok. Formula1 cheated and Max benefitted, we have to accept that and move on

@@F.F144 I don't agree with you. In 2021 Max didn't drive someone from the track. And I didn't see some examples from cheating. And when an opponent team makes a wrong call about tires you would be crazy if you not took advantage of it. That's not cheating or getting a free win. Hamilton could have done a better job with defending. But he didn't and Max passed him and won the race.

@@F.F144 interesting how everyone talks up Abhu Dhabi and pretend Silverstone did not happen. In Abhu Dhabi Hamilton lost 7 points, but at Silverstone, Max lost 25 or 20 depending on what would have happened if Lulu had not rammed into him. Still on driving people off track, Valtteri Bottas, from Mercedes rammed into Verstappen leaving him with a damaged car that could no longer compete for the race win. Considering all this, it becomes an obvious case that Max was the one nearly cheated throughout 2021.
