With the upcoming engine changes the best place to be is with a team which is owned by the engine manufacturer, they have far more resources then a team which buys its engines. So Astin Martin technically isnt the best to be but that depends how close Honda and the team can work together, Newey worked with them so thats a big plus. I believe Mercedes and Ferrari will be able to close the gap with Red Bull, in fact they are getting closer this season allready. I believe Verstappen will make his decision if he stays or leaves end of this season, if the performance keeps dropping and Mercedes keeps improving then Max will try and get a seat there for next season.

They should have used the money on Newey and even if they were going to keep Charles and Carlos, it would have been more than fine as long as they have a fast car.
