I mainly drag race, but overall it was not much lag. My motor is fully built which might help some but I’ve done this turbo on stock b20’s and stock LSV’s and it still done well. But it’s happy zone seems to be that 400-600hp range

Depends on your max power goal or where you need your power range. This turbo seems to be very effective from 400-600hp. That’s it’s happy zone. But it strong on the lower end also. Just gives out some over 600whp

Hey Barry, What size is the wastegate and spring were you using on this 6662?

I was using a Tial 44mm wastegate and a 8 psi spring

Question when you had the stock head and built bottom how much power did it handle? I have a fully built bottom end css gsr with a stock gsr head refreshed

I built both head and block at the same time, but a buddy of mine had a CSS block with stock head and he made over 500whp

barry did your rev9 came with oil feed and return if not which one to buy?

They don’t normally come with oil lines, I called REV9 and verified which oil restrictor I needed for the turbo I bought. I had my oil lines custom made at a local business

Barry C hard to get the billet one do you kbow anybody running the 7268 i have a 2.5 so i could spool better than your 1.8 im looking for 6662 or 7268 on t4 ar 68 , currently running a 6767 ar 1.06 and its too laggy

@@byronboost my buddy changed from a precision 62/66 to the REV9 72/68 with a 1.0ar and ran a 9.8 @147 first pass on a 2.0 LSV Honda

Is it a T4 flanged turbo? I just bought the Rev9 72/68 (turbonetics replica) should spool nice on my f20b with 11:1 compression

Mine is a t3 flange. My buddy recently bought the 72/68 for his LSV and it made 719whp at only 24psi

@@barryc1635 Jesus that’s insane. These turbos seem very durable for the price. Not many people use them though. They aren’t very popular but they get the job done. I still have the very same turbo you’re running now. I only bought the 72/68 because I upgraded to a h22 KLM Top Mount and it has a T4 flange with a 44mm gate. Love the videos man keep it up.

Such a flat power curve. That thing rips. Going to be out running all kinds of cars that a "honda" shouldn't be.

Thanks 🙏🏻. I just went to larger turbo and might lose a little on the low end power but the power curve just keeps climbing until the rev limiter now.
