There's a few major factor to this. 1) csa already has good tracking to begin with, people who are not familiar with those could potentially misjudge the situation. 2) releasing at a right timing also helps. If we over simplify this game to a degree, exvs is all about catching each other running out of boost (landing and etc). If you use csa when the opponent are about to land, obviously they would not be able to step/guard. I wanted to include a third reason but then I realized that it's not something exclusive to FAZZ's csa, so yeah, two reasons
