You need to consider the driver's skill level, driving style, type of tyre, so the tyre's characteristics, the tyre wear, the track surface, the type of circuit, high speed or low speed, downforce, tyre management, and the different racing rules. So as you can imagine, without knowing all of that, giving any recommendations isn't easy. For example, moving your lower control arms will change your roll centre, but to do that it will change your instant centre or your front view swing arm length, which changes how your camber angles change as you heave and roll. It will also, change the amount your car rolls, the tire scrub, so your tire wear and temperature, the way the lateral forces flow through the car, so the amount of jacking forces and we haven't started to think about the impact on the side view swing arm.
