I never got into forts myself but I enjoy watching it, I find it fascinating how you create these bases. But if you're not enjoying it can always take a break, if you miss it can come back! I've been watching a lot of your ranked matches lately, they're great no matter if it's win/loss

No matter how hard you try, there will always be someone who doesn't like something about you. I've played Forts and playing in single-player is a breeze. Multiplayer creates some serious base building problems depending on ping.

You nearly proven my point with ping. It's worse for me since I'm from Australia. I'm tired of people constantly telling me to get better or say I'm trash because I screw up a base due to ping or a good opponent. I was already on the learning curve of becoming high skilled and needed time to adapt. I'm actually quitting ranked after I post ep 100. There are other reasons included.

You're the first forts player I've seen on youtube using the 4 long braces, which I've used and they are great. Don't beat yourself up. The haters will unsubscribe if they want and if not they're probably critical of others because of how they see themselves.

In regards to the intro, I don't know how I got onto your channel but you make the game look interesting and as a casual observer the things you and other players do in this game confuse and frighten me. And toxic elites exist in every game, unfortunately. Best thing to do in regards to them is ignore the blathering - besides, everyone has their own strategies and every strategy has a counter. Just because something went wrong or someone countered you doesn't make you inherently worse because of it. Heck, I saw the video with the Core Swing player. That was a brilliant (again, to my casual observer eye) strategy by the foe, even if it left him on the backfoot early on. He still recovered enough to keep you on your toes, and was done in by what was essentially a very lucky shot. Even if the skill you display intimidates me from actually getting the game, I can recognize that you are bloody brilliant at this. Keep up the good work, man, and may that toxic elite forever be Buzzsaw/EMP rushed into obscurity.

Thank you for your feedback. Your right. I had a history with past people that would display toxicity towards my builds whether it was for jokes, memes or reactions and due to this I have a negative opinion towards the Forts community. I was once dragged through the mud by a commenter for apparently not being responsible enough to fight against toxicity. If I was, I would be treated the same way as SynergyGamingTV similar to his opinion. I feel like my reputation to the community is fragile because I'm more and more refusing to participate with known high skilled players out there with that type of behaviour. This goes the same for past tournaments. My solution for now is to quit ranked and focus on just multiplayer. Maybe one day I get enough of those negative comments I begin to denounce them in videos and people may think I'm insulting those who are claiming to help when they out right say I'm simply trash. I don't know, I sense related things like this could hurt my reputation.

If you actually enjoy the game enough to play it as often as you seem to then the skills will come on their own. Practice is 95% of everything when it comes to forts.

The lack of skill is not the problem. I enjoy the game but there are reasons why I don't enjoy ranked and I get negative feedback every time I make a mistake.

Yes I already thought of that. The reason I'm not enjoying ranked all that much is the amount of time it takes to get an opponent that won't quit due to ping and the seasons always resetting. It's very encouraging to climb the ladder but whenever I make a mistake I always get negative feedback saying 'I need to get better' and given beginner based advise. Those viewers do not understand that I do not practise on ranked nor can have the proper APM due to ping. So yeah I'm already quitting ranked after I post episode 100.
