i just dinged 60 as hunter and started to raid for my guild. All hunters there use wolf, and raid leader doesnt allow you to raid with cats or ZG serpent wind. BUT i see that quite every high ranked hunters on youtube or twitch doesnt use wolf. can i ask you why?
@Mauro Becci Wolf is a Nice pet before u get 5-set T1 or T2 (pet survivability), because of furious howl wich boost the dmg of ur own + grp next physical attack. U can have it standing next to u and spam furious howl with each multishot, same cooldown. When u reached 5-set cats is the higher dps pet, because u can buff its stats and the abilities are abit higher dps. So thats when u really let the pet do real dmg. Hope it helped!
Since the buff limit is 32 in Classic its incredibly unlikely there will be no room for furious howl, unless u are a "try hard guild". Remember furious howl is a buff and not a debuff.
@@davidskoglund7416 Not sure what you are on about. We have strict rules regarding buffing players in the guild. Healers are not allowed to put HOT spells on the tank. As I said try hard /speed running. After looking on the Spreadsheet its just over the top with current content in mind. For most guilds this does not apply, in AQ 40 and Naxx i would agree this will be more relevant. Also u most likely use the Wolf in a party with melee dps which are less likely restricted with buffs compared to tanks, which u refer to.
