I always wanted to try the max hydration method but thought all the steps was just a lot. But seeing your modified version makes a lot more sense to me. And that DC girlllll it's amazing!!
I have put apple cider vinegar with water and put it in my hair it made my hair so soft but it smells REALLY bad and it burned my lips then I conditioned then deep conditioned my hair after that I put my clay treatment then deep conditioned again cause I didn’t have a leave in😭 sis my hair was popping after that MY CURLS WERE CUTE AF AND HYDRATED
Long time lurker and subscriber .. I just want to say Thank you Sis you have made my natural hair wash days so much better. Please don’t ever stop making these videos you have made me be so much more loving and confident doing my own natural hair. My wash day is now a day of love and selfcare and I play your videos in the background you are the natural hair whisperer 😂💕 love you and I pray That God keeps you and blesses you beautiful. ❤️
That Mane Choice Peach Black Tea deep conditioner is everything!! It’s hands down my favorite now. Per usual another great video!! She starting the New Year kicking the videos out and I love it😍😍
Yesssss! Just wrote out my max hydration regimen 2 days ago. Master batching my clay mix so it will be ready for a three to six month trial. My hair in the front is low low low, and damn low porosity. If this S**t S**t don't work cutting it off and rock a crew cut. I'll be posting the videos when I start🥰🥰🥰🥰 Loving all the uploads!
I have NO BUSINESS buying anything given the overflowing products in my cabinets but did just order three different clay washes to test out: Cocoa Crème Clay Wash, Dirty Curl Cleansing & Conditioning Clay, and Terressentials (heard about mud washes like 10 years ago from Naptural 85 but never tried). I tried this method today (minus the clay): shampoo with Ayurvedic Herb shampoo bar (a staple since 2016), deep condition on damp/dry hair using Curl Junkie repair me (since 2016) and Aubrey Organics GPB (with steam) and added my staple leave-in Kinky Curly Knot Today plus Melanin Haircare oil. I have not even styled it because I intended to put in twists on dry hair. My hair is nowhere near dry despite wrapping it up for over an hour with my Turbie towel and then taking it down to air dry with the fan running for another hour. I can definitely feel the difference from deep conditioning on damp/dry hair. I had no idea I'd been deep conditioning wrong for 10 years.
YAY!! I am loving all the videos lately!! And yes even for my high porosity hair, this is helpful. Since incorporating more clay in my routine, I have noticed a difference in my hair. At the moment, it's been more clay washes and clay shampoo bars than treatments but I will ordering some as I continue to use up my stash.. What I do have a question about is your pre poo step: do you add oil to the store brought ones or just on your scalp when you use that particular one? I can't thank you enough for helping me get my hair back to where it's supposed to be. It's the healthiest it's been in a very long time...
It's been a minute since I've done a clay mask! I need to stay on top of my hair game if I'm trying to achieve some healthy hair. But I finally got a deep conditioning cap just like yours 😀❤️❤️
SheRea DelSol girl I live for ur videos! I was just watching ur grease video and I was like I hope she drops a new video soon... u reading my mind sis 🤔🤔😂😂
Your hair is soo gorgeous. I definitely gotta step my hair game up and start using a clay mask for my hair. Thanks so much for dropping these gems. I'm thinking of using a bentonite clay mask and adding my own oils. I definitely want to try a hair mask from chocolate kinks and curls.
Great video hun! I don't think the MHM is meant for me lol either ways. This year I'm trying to reduce my wash day time. I cowash and use a clay treatment but on different wash days.
I bought the clay because of this video! So excited to try for the first time. How often do you use clay in your washes? Should I use it once a month or more?
Ok that’s it! This is the LAST damn straw. I’m trying that peach mane choice mask. I been eyeballing it but I said nah I have never liked a mane choice mask so why now?! But it’s calling my naaaaaame and you just sealed it for me. Ugh whhhhhhy
Looking good as usual love!👍 Yes this video helps a lot, I'm a low porosity girl too. I did my first DIY bentonite treatment a few weeks ago, and I was shooketh!💕 I'm going to try this method on my next wash day. Btw I see that CurlSmith in your shower, how is it? I hear mixed reviews, but I trust your opinion.tfs
I'm gonna try this. I alternate between shampoo/co-wash then clay wash to cleanse already. This would be taking it a step further by doing it weekly. I used to do MHM years ago but it got too expensive and extra. Your method might be a winner for me.
@@SheReaDelSol I re-watched a few times but it wasn't clear in the video. Do you leave the clay mask on for any length of time or do you wash it right out?
Your hair came out beautiful. I have low porosity 4c hair. I wash and dc every week but my hair never looks like that. I am going to incorporate clay washes also to see if that helps.
Question- I saw in an old video you did a Cherry Lola treatment. Do you ever revisit that treatment or is it a no for you because you have to use baking soda?
Hey beautiful... I'm loving it,. But like you, who got time for alllll of that.... Nope. KIS. (Keep it simple). I do what you do, I didn't know it was called hydration method
