I’m able to steam the nape by sitting in a chair with adjustable height, like a computer chair. I set the steamer on my desk and sit in my computer chair. It takes some maneuvering at first, but once you’re in position, you got it🙏🏾

If you don't plan to swim in the ocean, chemical sunscreens are fine. However, if you are swimming near areas with reef systems, please use mineral sunscreens only.
