I won't waste my time listen or watch no more of this these black men full of shi with the life they choose they could of done better to hell with them .
You can get charged for anything for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you can’t afford a lawyer where do you think you are going? You white so you don’t have that protection.
Actually, a good chunk of those inside don't want to be there either, or maybe I heard wrong. It's not like, I suspect, their mama lovingly told them ' son, you try to get inside the prison and fo your mama proud when you grow up'.
So fucking true. Saw that shit left and right in san quentin. Mother fuckers talk about rolling together in there. What a fucking joke. Who was down and ready to roll with the crew. Don't buy into this shit. Got my GED in Quentin High. Most would sell you out for a line of dope. Ain't no brotherhood in those shitholes.
Its the people in there continuing the same gang habits that put them in there, thats what it is. They try to help them with rehab and get education but they’d rather make their lives worse
@@chucknorris5141 that would be step 1 yes. Prevention. But to say you can't work on the cure part is insane. It's either prevention or we make you sicker? Really?
The moral of the story: "If you're in prison, don't rehabilitate. If you know what's best for you, learn how to be more versatile, remorseless, and come out worse than you went in. That's the only way to survive" got it
@@trentklug9449 wrong. Anybody that knows a CO personally, knows thats wrong. There are some trashy ones yes, but some are good people, and treat them properly.
@@professorb5921 Surviving your sentence IS getting ahead. @@leonfrancis3418 I would say that at the deep core of everyman is the want and ability to take care of himself first and then his family so at the deep core of even institutionalized men you know that the GED can help on the outside where he is looked at as a man who should be capable of taking care of himself to be the best version of himself so looking deep in the soul and core of individuals why is thus guy not granted protection for trying to achieve the promotional success that comes with doing such a activity because there are certain selfish elements that override this thought process but at the core if the thought process was for this man to truly excel then that would override any selfish institutionalized thoughts.
You mean like planet Earth? News flash, no matter where you're at, at any given time, there is at least someone around you with nothing to lose... In their own minds, at least.
@@mkcnad4everSo would you rather have your freedom and take your chances or be in Maximum Prison surrounded by savages with nothing to lose? It's not the same
It's a crazy idea because, most likely, this guy ended up in prison for following the wrong crowd to begin with and then chooses the same crowd in prison.
look him up his story is inspiring as to how he ended up with 107 sentence and now is a free man traveling intentionally speaking with a honorary harvard university fellowship.
He takes pride in being a criminal, which can be seen in all of his other commentary. All his choice, but he makes excuses for making those choices. He got sent to prison for being trash.
Yall arent understanding something... Things change from world to world. That kinda prison, is not a friendly place to be. reality changes. "smart" changes. Nothing is smart if your dead. He did what he needed, and now hes out making an impact on the world. he didnt chose the right crowd. he chose the crowd hed survive with, and that, is necessary in prison.
@@brandonbrown7019 and he did only 6 years. 😅 The lifers are not bosses but he would become a boss in few years. Come on. You can't actually believe in his bs
@@brandonbrown7019 plus you have to be a real boss on the outside like a gang leader and sh*t. Plus you are doing life inside. The caseworker in PA only asked me where I’d like my body sent in the event I didn’t make it out. They conned him into joining with fear. There are definitely dudes that are neutral that are respected.

We need a movie where that old Golden Girl lady is the case worker who, when he starts getting beaten up, she reveals herself as a T-800 carrying a minigun into maximum security prison to rescue him.
Essentially the prison version of Mafia "protection" you're paying them to protect you from themselves. They'll lose all respect as soon as they see you trying to better yourself trying to find a way out
@@yungkhali427 most prison gangs focus on two things - making money, and furthering the lives of the members. There aren't many, especially in federal prison, who're on some thuggish bullshit. My brother did 20 years in jail. All this man said about the white lady is true and my brother did it. He was also in a jail gang but he got his GED and some other education. Now out of prison he is doing well. Got married, has a child and living peacefully.

Mfer, their violent nature is what PUT THEM IN PRISON. The government doesn't control that; the prison system simply removes these violent individuals away from society.
Imagine if high schools had programs like they used to that taught young adults skills like operating a fork lift maybe they wouldn’t end up in prison to take the same course
They don’t make money if you don’t go to prison. The system profits off of the incarcerated population not from citizens being good people. Same how it creates more money during war rather than in peace.
