I built one in germany. I never should have sold it. ABT 1.8 ,5 speed GTI front suspension & transmission. I hand built a fiberglass and Aluminium rear deck, Rear tube bumper, leather interior, sliding rear window. Koni Red front suspension Eilbach springs, ATS wheels, Continental Aqua contact tires. and could do 170mph + Color Spies & Hecker D6Z and Audi pearl added, with a little shimmer added. Upper door mirrors, normal mirrors removed & Shaved, Group A Header, Techtonics exhaust resonator only 2.5 inch. fender flares extended. Body line pearl rainbow graphic line clear pearl coat. GTI roof antenna. Flywheel shaved increased RPM to 9,000+. Short shift kit, Door lock Armor kit-detering popping the locks. Injection from Audi 2.5 throttle body, ported intake and a lot more. Wheels rear 15x9 front 15x7.5
I feel like they are comparable to Racelands. Definitely cheap and ride a little bouncy, but not awful if you aren't going super fast and don't mind the ride.
