manoj may not had a long career in international cricket, due to heavy competetion for place in the team.but, see how he performed for west bengal in domestic cricket, he is their legend. he performed consistently where he got backed well and he also won trophies as captain for west bengal. only the players who have a long international career are only not successful, even the players who perform well wherever they get to play are also successful.manoj has also played key role in kkr's successful campaign in 2012. he is one of the unlucky stories in indian cricket. you can say rohan gavaskar as failure, but they were spitting facts and all you need to say those facts is cricketing brain and both have played good enough cricket to make a judgement on a player's performance(especially manoj)
