WE LOVEEEE Maxwell Hawker Centre too! There's a very elderly uncle ( Ri Xin Snack Delights) who only starts selling kueh from 4pm... he's often trying to sell till very late. His Ang Ku Kueh and Wah Kueh are VERY GOOD! Hope people can support him!
@@Piggypuggy no... cos he opens much later... that's why he always misses the crowd but he's old and takes a lot more time to prepare. Hoping to get some attention for him cos sometimes I see him still there at 10pm, then I try to buy up his ang ku kueh. haha
There was a period after circuit breaker Maxwell was extremely quite. Had that Tian Tian chicken rice without any queue at all. Was pretty normal. I think the others aren't far behind in terms of taste or quality. Never will I queue for it.
Yes … why is Tian Tian always featured ?🤔 There are many other better chicken rice stalls . Just because some food vloggers recommended this stall, every tourist( almost every customer) flock there.
@@Piggypuggy very urgent as I will be paying you to start this project with me la 😜 piggy must try to become "Babe" now. 😜 And I will be going to Batam in Feb and then flying back to Philippines early April for 6 months. 😝
Have you tried the Green chili chicken stall on the left side of Tian Tian? That one is super good! Also there is an uncle that has a dessert staff which has like a red bean soup with tangyuan inside. That one is nice also.
@@AmbientWalking the TEL4 (Last stage of the line) That goes from Tanjong Rhu To Sungei Bedok will open next year. I don't know the exact date but I'm sure it's gonna be open next year.
Thur 24 is when people in the US feast on turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. I'd much rather have Singapore hawker center food if I had a choice 😋
Because people are strange. A few person says nice and all must go so that they can brag they tried too... very nice.. You're probably an exception. Or rather we... I actually think they're just mehhhh...
@@Piggypuggy A greenish-gray ring may appear around a hard-cooked egg yolk. It's unattractive, but not harmful. The ring is caused by a chemical reaction involving sulfur (from the egg white) and iron (from the egg yolk), which naturally react to form ferrous sulfide at the surface of the yolk. Pretty much over boiling because large amounts of eggs is boiled at once. It is said that if eggs like that will slightly start to smell if left out for too long.
With more MRT Lines, the whole city-state may become one big hawker centre. The day will come when we can say that you can eat until you drop, like in Osaka, Japan.
@@Piggypuggy you filmed a few days b4 right 😂 ….. I did see quite a number of tourists today though … for roasted meats - the stall beside the pig organ soup is the more popular one actually … really like their char siew
Can I say that I just hate it when I request for more chilli they either replied you with this is a lot already, too much will be very spicy....or after requesting that dollop on the plate still looks very little? LOL. Garlic not enough, bean sprouts not enough lah 😆 I have not tried Tian Tian before but most comments from locals I see is other stalls are nicer, don't know what is the hype.
Are all the food video showing are organic dishes? Are they encourage to eat organic dishes ? Base on the price of organic ingredient, the organic dishes are tasteless and no much sweetness. Should use approved industrial food chemical to enhance the flavor of organic dishes. Can make more things in the end
