I'm glad you like the variety. My wife and I enjoy looking up and reading new recipes and dishes, and it's fun putting our own spin and touches on them as well.
Thank you, Jerry: this really is an improvement to what is served here: Just the brat in a typical German roll (aka Brötchen - not to be mixed up with a (burger -) bun) along with mustard ... Btw.: Over here, these brats are called "Krakauer" (like the city Krakau in the south of Poland) and come right off the grill with no extra preheating or any other preps or sides ... Btw.: What is your personal opinion: Should a bun be toasted or steamed? Or does this depend on the sausage ??? (The New York vendors do it steamed, right ??? )
