The #EnergyUpdate for May has arrived, and certainly, the waves of the world continue. I hope you're all doing okay. A few of the themes I'm going to cover this month are:
-The Chrysalis of Fragility - this fragile time that we're moving through, giving us more strength,Building Bridges of the Heart with other people, and
-The Fear Dance that we're going through now and how Higher Wisdom is so important to counteract that.

I just saw your video tonight. Thank you so much for sharing all this information each month. I find it very helpful, because l can practice catching myself in the beginning or middle of what l'm going through by remembering the things that you've said. And so if l happen to feel fear coming up for me out of nowhere I can catch myself and deal with it easier. It's very important for me because l suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. It is so nice to hear your calming voice. Regarding the third eye!! wow, mine is overactive right now and my dreams are very vivid. I dreamt the world collapsed last night, like a Tetris game where all the pieces were laying on the ground. I’m going through all of these at the moment. I had a stroke 6 weeks ago and I’ve been in constant fear and anxiety since. I’m also having nightmares and am working on my health. Very insightful reading today Lee. Thank you. It’s helped me a lot to know what I’m going through is just my version of the same thing for everyone else. It’s all part of the journey. I’m also hoping the healing energy is coming fast like you say. My body and brain happily accepts all the healing that is for my highest good. Xx

I’ve had a bladder infection, my stress condition came back and I had a 10 day migraine and constant sickness . I was trying to heal myself but I had to watch religious leaders to get god energy that’s helped and prayer then I began healing again

ABSOLUTELY.. My deep fear stuff surfaced in a Very Big Painful medical situation but I clearly got it was a huge teaching and a Healing of Fear within myself, my Ancestry and the collective ... I really struggled with anxiety last autumn and I found RTT hypnotherapy to reveal the root cause of those feelings (emotional trauma) and to heal them with positive affirmations (to reprogram some subconscious stored negative beliefs about myself). I can really recommend it to anyone who is struggling. I unveiled so much in a few sessions, compared to years of therapy. I’m really grateful that I found sth to help me cope with anxiety and panic. I wasn’t sure back then how to stay available for my kids and family. Much love to you all ❤️

I can relate a bit . I use Trauma Heart centered hypnosis. It incorporates, inner child healing, somatics, polyvagl, NLP, integration, etc etc. BUTTT, I've been doing weekly or 2 to 3 x's, a month, depending on her schedule. I was looking into the RTT hypnosis and it was too much. If you have someone who you can recommend, I'd be grateful 🙏. I love my Trauma Specialist. She's intuitive, uses breathers, meditation and definitely regulation of the nervous system. I wish you the best🤗💜

Thank you Lee 🙏 I've been meaning to watch this for weeks, obviously the time was now. My solar plexus feels constantly tight and when the waves of energy peak (especially during the recent total lunar eclipse), I feel like my chest or even my whole body and mind, might just explode. I'm also struggling with insomnia and have been since late April. I often burst into tears, feeling alone and afraid and worried it'll never end and/or I sustain this. You've described all of this so beautifully as always and provided much needed guidance. The gorgeous English greenery and birdsong (unlike the squwarking Aussie birds 🤣) is so soothing, a perfect backdrop and compliment to your energy, words and wisdom. Thank you 🙏💖

Plugging into higher wisdom people seems to be the most difficult task right now, Lee. Personally, the more I try to connect with higher vibration people, the more I 'm thrown into the company of lower energy people ! Feeling exasperated !

wow!!! Since the moment I woke up today, Universe has shaken me with a tremendous message, first of, my teacher reading the oracle stating that we are in a crossroad and we just have to trust our process, let everything be as it has to, then, as I do tarot readings, I found myself with a very particular interpretation for the Hang man... that blew my head and basically it was just to trust the spirit, let the spirit lead you... and then thru the day I found this video which ended up wrapping the two previous events and DEFFINITELY this is a message I was expecting for SO LONG! thank you thank you thank you for your light and for spreading it...

I visit a tree also. Towards the end of April just seemed like everyone around me had their own extra energy. There hasn’t always been time to replenish. I am experiencing everything you’ve talked about now that I fled the war in Ukraine and am in the middle of murky sticky uncertainty along with my People. I see that over extended prolong fear and anxiety decades puts us in health issues we don't want after the fact.I could have had fear in the fear that its to late because when I listen to authorities talking about what xauses disease a person could fear that irs to late knowing that the way one thinks plays a big part in making the human body fall pray to years of self inflicted compromised health from years of fear and anxiety from possibly in my case realizing I im impathic sensitive affected by sence my life this time around came to be .Impact and very sensitive.Thankyou.
