Using Intentions to Shift Your Life (Rebirth 2022) 

I'm so happy that I've joined Rebirth 2022 and so grateful for what it's is and what is coming that the least thing I can do is to recommend it. It's the best gift you can give to your mind, heart and soul. 🙏🙏🙏 Lee , Z's and your team.

My intention for 2022 is to create loving structures for my gifts to manifest, intentionally and intuitively. To create avenues of wealth that are true to my deepest convictions. To find joy in small things as a matter of habit. To heal the hurting parts of me by creating from my heart. ✨

Your example skating took me back. Over 25 years ago, I too, took joy in remembering skating as a young child and let Nancy Kerrigan be my inspiration at 35 years old to take skating lessons. I knew I wasn't going to be flying through the air, my intention was just to learn a few things and be a better skater than I was. There is a move called the bunny hop, kicking out & landing on the toe pick. Well, I kicked out, and the next thing I knew I was sitting on the ice, holding my head, thinking my nose was broken from the pressure of the fall. As you might guess, that was my last lesson. I did get back on skates years later, and at 61 they are still sitting in the closet, waiting for my grandson to get a bit older so we can skate together. Thanks for bringing this memory back! 😂😂 My intention for what I call my *New View in '22* is more connection--connection to self, connection to Spirit, & connection to others. Thank you for this detailed example and sharing your kind spirit here! 💞

Hi a day late but here. I am trying so hard to stop smoking and I know you say its a choice but so much has happen lost good friends and at my age 71 its hard. I do take a lot of vitimams I am very spiritual very awake to who I am and who we are, know that I am loved by god the universe❤ my guides and angles. But for whatever reason this is such a monkey on my back which I try everyday but because I have Vestibular Disorder and suffer from anxiety one triggers the other I look for a way out. Synchronicity. I was sitting on my yoga mat an hour ago looking at all the pieces of paper I have posted on my walls, fridge etc of My Dreams/Goals/Intentions. All my Spellcasting. Anyhow I was thinking if anyone ever saw this they'd say 'craziness". It came to me I must reread all of these ALOUD with FEELING. I have been doing this for 4yrs but my "gains" seem miniscule.

Set realistic expectations and celebrate I set the intention to really celebrate and notice the little things that I do, say or think that supports me living from my heart and having more joy in my life. I am going horse riding for the first time in 20 years and having my first riding lesson for the first for about 40 years!! I stopped riding because my mum couldn't take me anymore and the little girl me is wanting me to connect with the part of me that loves horses (and is now more nervous of them). I am so excited to reignite that part of me 🐬🐴🌷

I have been talking about how I would like to become a yoga teacher for far too long. Enough of what I would like and wishful thinking, I am enrolled. Last year I've spoken about being fed up with my day job not paying well enough, I got a payrise and being headhunted elsewhere for a lot more money too. I've also set up small cottage business and started to write a novel. Dreams without goals, plans and actions are just that - pipe dreams. With the action they become reality.

I have the habit of writing it down. Lately, I started drawing and colouring those ideas. Great feeling and more empowering, I believe🙂

Let's create the intention to live in love and peace. Love and peace within our selves and love and peace with eachother, the world💙💚💙

I can attest that I started figure skating 14 years ago as an adult and incrementally with lessons, coached and time, I can do many things and love the many personal growth lessons about balance, flexibility, courage and, my favorite that the shortest distance to where you want to go isn't a straight line (It's on an edge that curves to get you to your destination). Im going to buy myself some roller boots tomorrow and accept my fear of humiliation that has made me hide so much of myself. Ive been looking at the path along the beach and dreaming about the feeling of freedom on saktes. But being 49 in a couple of weeks, Ive felt embarrassed to go and do it. watching this video, and trying desperately to simultaneously process all that's arising in me... and it makes me all just want to die. yet again, for the millionth billionth trillionth time: I've trauma-bonded with yet, another guy. some random somebody that I met online... every single time, I delude myself into believing there's a magical special beautiful other-worldly connection, but no. never. it's always not that, just another fucking trauma bond. this pattern is so painful, makes me just want to die. literally: die. my soul feels raped.
