Right?!?! It has some kind of magical quality that is hard to define. Have you tried sticking it in the refrigerator? I keep one in there and it is incredibly refreshing on hot days. :)
Mojo Rabbit I haven’t!! I wanted to do that but once I put it in there I feel like I have to keep it in there so maybe once I get low I will and then another to keep in my bathroom.
Honestly, I think you can freely move it in and out of the fridge. It won't damage the product to return to room temperature after being cold, from my experience.
The different of the pricing between both..is first the jar. May Lindstrom uses Miron glass jars, they are pretty expensive because it’s a type of glass that protects your ingredients from that naturally filters the spectrum of visible sunlight, only allowing through Infra-Red and UVA light, or 'violet' light. Second, the essentials oils used...the one from Blue cocoon are really expensive EO, vs the dupe..
But the dupe also uses high quality essential oils and CO2 extracts… certified organic and wildcrafted just like blue cocoon. the ingredients for the “dupe” are pretty amazing if you look at them. Some of my favorites are CO2 extracted pomegranate seed and amaranth seed oil (which is better than cold pressed as more nutrients are retained), CO2 extracted green chamomile (HIGHLY beneficial to your skin and rivals blue tansy in skin soothing effects), CO2 extracted vanilla (same as the blue cocoon and this is a VERY expensive ingredient), and of course the blue tansy. while there’s less ingredients, it’s certainly not less potent. actually i’d argue that the dupe contains more potent ingredients as there aren’t as many various carrier oils to enhance texture. It’s just some butters and highly concentrated CO2 extracts while still producing a luxurious texture. i’m not getting paid to say this lol. it’s just that if you knew a little bit about the ingredients you certainly wouldn’t find the dupe lacking.
Hi! It is one of many application methods that the founder herself recommends. I like to mix because sometimes the Blue Cocoon or Youth Dew can feel heavy alone. When you mix the 3 products together, including the very light and watery Jasmine Garden product, the mix is less heavy. And the 3 product just play really nice together :) xo-MJR

I have a dehydrated skin so base doesn't suit me , very sensitive tight combination skin prone to breakouts that time of month 40 year old.
