The month of May is the climatological peak of tornado season. In recent years, May has had record low numbers of tornadoes until 2023. We chased multiple outbreaks of tornadoes, but one that stands high above the rest is the now infamous Spalding, Nebraska tornado. Offering multiple intercepts at close range and high contrast views. It was the ultimate way to cap off an insane week of chasing.
