If you really wanted to bank out in today's economy you'd get an industrial lot then run a place that's delivery only. Your lot fee would be less than half because you can work from a crappy location plus you don't need space for FOH. A strong delivery menu at a price point that rivals the chains would mop up. A slow day for pizza delivery is like 400-500 pizzas delivered. Price point is 95 cents- 1.75 each to make pizzas in bulk. If all you have is three workers in a lot that costs 6k-10k a year to rent.... do the math... literal pizza might be difficult in a saturated market but you get the idea.
@@hanzflackshnack1158 Sounds good on paper, but you're forgetting about advertising and marketing, and multiple forms of insurance. Then there's health code regulations, local zoning laws, and property codes. There's a reason you typically only see the average food truck for a short time. The vast majority just aren't worth the trouble.
@@Fermion. Definitely depends on location. Some areas zoning laws can be a nightmare for mobile vendors as well. Naturally the variables would lend themselves to small-ish towns in this case

As long as your kitchen passes regs it can be outside of the mainstay of business or is that zoned to where restaurants are required to be in specified lots? The remodel would suck... They filmed a ton of skits and only some were selected for the television show. Now it seems comedy central has opened the vaults. No need for conspiracy theories.
I was saying the same thing! I am so pleased with them and their love for comedy. It doesn’t matter how much money they have, they will always give back to us.
Key and Peele have been filming new skits since the beginning of the lock down in 2020. There are an influx of cross dressing skits of Key & Peele in the pipeline.

Funny thing is how true it is. These fast food franchises are basically terrorists, slowly killing everyone with fat PLUS we're paying them to do it and no one even cares. They just keep eating it.

Agreed! Peele’s hyperactive expressions and acting keeps the funny sketch with an underlying tone of dread that you get the twist with it at the end as it flip flops tones.
Because you know he's gonna make trouble for them two. So you know the next time he's gonna show up, consequences are gonna happen. After further consideration of the profit margins, why not join in on entrepreneurship?
The best part is, from our perspective as viewers, there was a random person blocking the camera at the moment Peele disappeared... but for the characters in the truck, they were staring straight at his back and watched him blink out of existence, which their reactions that much more hilarious xD
I think Mustafa will learn the capitalism, because Mustafa Kebap is working alone and to get the same money he has to work two times more, also they got 100-200 costumers, Mustafa has to find 200-400 costumers because of his price is half of theirs. It means that if Mustafa wants to give the same service and earn more money, he has to work more and find more costumers. 😅
@@murray9807 The problem that if a market isn't regulated, the market becomes very quickly un-free. Let's say fast food, sure you may be able to open up your own restaurant, but McDonald's can do whatever they want to do, including fucking you over any way they cant with their unlimited ressources once you pose any risk to their profits

Peele is the absolute master of the breathless "what?" It sort of trails off in his mouth.... It's quite majestic how delivery turns one syllable into a punchline on the human condition.
