I've been with Dallas since his early days with Underoath. I progressed in life, as he progressed with his amazing talent, and pipes. Although I loved his tone with U.O. I also fell in love with the southern drawl that he incorporates while with Maylene. I saw one of their debut shows as they began their career, needless to say: beyond belief talent, and flow from the very beginning. Taylor got engaged, and his love changed from music, to real life. With the moral of this story being: Dallas Taylor will always be a very talented human. I say this, because he has changed many peoples lives. The energy he had while in Underoath, molded the entire genre. The first few MatSoD albums were the highlights of his career; however, the 3rd and 4th album seriously lacks Taylor's immense, and also pure talent. I can see a downhill spiral, the talent is there.. it just doesn't seem like the real Dallas anymore. This guy has been a staple in my life, ever since my first show ever. From the look of the story in the video, that girl deserved to see justice carried out against her oppressor, and she got it.The question I see in all of this is whether it is our right or responsibility to carry it out, or if we should work with the authorities that God set in place for that purpose. I believe the 2nd approach is the biblical guideline that we are supposed to follow, and like God shows us mercy, we can find the ability to show a measure of mercy to the people that hurt us

I've loved Maylene since the beginning and It'd be A lie to say I hated the new stuff at first. Gave it another listen A couple weeks ago and I cant stop listening to it. It may not be the BEST but it is still Maylene and I love it.
