Criminally underrated record. You Come Before You and their pre-YCBY material always get talked about and rightfully so, but Versions and Tropic Rot are masterclasses in how to evolve and experiment within your sound, retain everything that was great about the band while still sounding like no other band out there. Both records are easily just as good if not better than all their other work, imo
Did you all know that Danny Trejo has a special request in his contract? His request is that he always dies in anything he appears in, with the exception of the Machete movie series. Pretty badass gimmick he has - mad props to Danny!
