Medium Rare is my fave, I have to try mayo in the burger when I make them! BTW, I watched some of your other burger YT videos, love the press; you need to put a link on for it on here too. My hubs was listening with me in the car to this podcast; then we got home to look for a videos, watched one of your All American Burger on YT. We both laughed when my hubs said there is no way yours is a $15.00 one, it's pretty slick! It's on sale for 19.99 - we were impressed!
