Sorry it's not it is a 1965 E2L. I have 2 wringer caps one red and one blue I have all the colors that Maytag has. I loved all the colors they had. Tim😃
I found the date stamp on it says 10/23/64 it's hard to find but it's there it's on the power unit I thought it was a 1965 but it's not. I have low vision sorry. Tim
@@timkessler4894 Manufactured that late in 1964 it was likely built as a 1965 model. Many manufacturers switch the production model year builds in late fall making anything built beyond that point is the next years model. The 1965 E2L nomenclature is probably correct.
On mine the manufacturer date is on the power unit it says 10/23/1964 Maytag told me where to look for the date I called them 38years ago they didn't have the records for it because they had a factory fire and all the records were lost. Thanks for your interest. Tim😃
