If women´s brain is focusing 10 times more on problems when under stress, because of the hormone estrogen as John Gray explains. They are becoming Karens because of the economic stress etc So it's obvious that if Trans want to become females and they get estrogen... then their brain will focus 10 times more on other problems when their brain is under stress, caused by estrogen but it makes no sense because Trans people can not give birth to the child to protect the child, the estrogen´s purpose is probably to protect. So there are two options: They wake up and stop doing nonsense or they start to do some Yoga or Pilates to calm down the body so their brain will not be under the stress and therefore the estrogen will not make their brain focus on negative things 10 times more then the men´s brain that is much calmer under stress because men have testosterone, because testosterone is suppressing the estrogen in his body as John Gray explains so men feel no emotions to focus better on solutions. So I guess women who are extremely calm and are not Karens, when they are under stress. they actually have more testosterone in the body and these women are forced by crazy society to be more masculine. to show no emotions when under stress. Basically, when a woman is not under stress she is not emotional but she is happy. I guess she is wired that way because when she is not under stress she is happy that her newborn baby is happy. :))) Her stress comes only when she protects the baby but trans people dont have babies to protect. Women should do some pilates or yoga more often when some stress comes, but I think men shouldn't be forced to be feminine as well. But men seem also very empathetic when it comes to brotherhood, they show a lot of empathy for other friends or role models that they appreciate. History shows a lot of letters between men who tried to create a peaceful society and give each other wisdom and philosophy. It was the type of success they appreciated for each other. And even women got inspiration from it, when they noticed the music and poetry philosophy etc.
Emotional conditioning should not make uou one dimensional or expected to be emotional or creative in nature. Someone us are practical and enjoy solving problems and adventurous n nature.

I guess Maybe people have to focus on the rhythm of the relationship, - when partner is relaxing, I will focus on my stuff, -when I am relaxing, my partner will do his stuff, - when partner is having free time, we do things together etc Empathy and gratitude is a key as well. and maybe its about focusing your mind and energy on things that work well, rather then focusing all the energy on weak spots that dont work. and later the weak spots disapear naturally, because couple focuses on things that work for them That is why intelligent people and musicians of classical music, have successful relationships, because they understand the word feeling is a healling, music is feeling, music is healing......they understand the words "physics" "quantum physics" etc , they understand strategic thinking without judging , they understand team work, synergy etc

My comment on Sadia's Clingyness which she claims to have. It is good to keep an eye out over a partners activities and behaviour but not cling or obsess over a man's/womens activities or behaviour. Getting clingy or anxious, over a man or woman will only do what they want. Therefore, select carefully and observe them, getting clingy/anxious will only destroy your own peace and the relationship. Sadia getting anxious over her partner's, shows she cannot manage her own relationship.
grew up in early sixties through the70s my parents were great role models. in that they loved each other deeply. it was obvious in what they did for each other and how they raised five children in concert with each other. my father told us and showed that he would do anything to please my mother. my mother in Turn wanted 12 children but ended up with five, thankfully my Father could afford it and still spoil my mother. my mother in turn eas never more alive than when she was watching her children enjoy themselves. she absolutely glowed!, a little martini never hurt. they passed as we expected within months of each other my Father First. they taught me not only to respect women. but to deal with them as equal. different motivations. but equal in life both in their budgeting and discipline. i believe women have forgot that most Good men will treat them that way and have their back regardless of the threat or offense. why they ever felt the need to dominate a relationship, is still at 65 years old beyond comprehension. not staying with religion is probably a big part for the degradation of both sexes. if one researches all religion from antiquity promotes similar moral values and rules to live by, very similar. which is why the founders were so wise in Not specifying a single religion but protecting All religions
An issue she has said that I would say she isn’t on the same level of Jordan is that women who want emotional payout instead of financial payout are dealing with trauma. Her message isn’t very consistent on where she goes. If she is catering to party girls, modest women have trauma. If she caters to modest women, have your boundaries and be feminine. It’s just odd. Jordan keeps his message consistent no matter who he speaks too.

I love the broadcast but why it has to be based on Dubai men women. Please just talk based on all men women in the world. Specially in Dubai every nationality lives there . That’s 30% . People lives in high class lifestyles. There are people who has normal life . As much I love your phycology advice, please try to talk all men women kind not just specifically focused in Dubai.
