Vielen Dank für dein positives Feedback, leider ist es diesbezüglich nicht selbstverständlich, es gibt da draußen auch viel Unverständnis. Wir teilen uns inzwischen gemeinsam die liebe und Affinität zum Auto. Natürlich kann man bei solchen Aktionen nicht so fahren, als wenn man für sich alleine verantwortlich ist ;) Schön, das es da draußen auch andere Menschen mit ähnlichen Neigungen gibt. Euch auch noch viel Spaß mit Eurem Hobby und das ihr einen verständnisvollen Partner an Eurer Seite habt. Diesbezüglich, auch viele liebe Grüße an meine Frau.....

@@vagdesign4021, If you mean the difference between the standard wheel and tire combination, there is of course a big difference in handling. The difference is most noticeable in the curves, but that is logical with the wider tires and smaller cross-section. I don't think the wheel and tire combination is optimal because the acceleration and top speed have become worse. In my opinion, the poorer top speed is due to the unfavorable shape of the aluminum rims, which create unfavorable aerodynamics..

Unfortunately, I can't provide information about the history of the turbocharger; I purchased the car with the specified performance already modified. At the time of purchase, the vehicle came with a dyno test measurement as a documented proof, stating 317 horsepower. The previous owner couldn't share much about the car, as he only briefly owned it and was completely overwhelmed. The car has a turbo inlet pipe from Cork Sport installed, and the performance tuning was conducted by an experienced tuner from the German Mazda forum. Additionally, the M3 was tuned for Aral Ultimate 102 octane. As far as I know, achieving such performance with the original turbo and this type of fuel should be feasible, at least in our region.

317hp isn't much for these cars. High pressure fuel pump, Downpipe, a tune you're easily at 320hp+ at the crank on a stock turbo. If they replaced the K04 and have a front mount intercooler and then for sure those mods are were done before hand.

@@Amabar It depends on what your point of reference is. I've seen a lot of dyno shops especially UK based which calibrate the dynos wrong and you see all kinds of "interesting" things such as 320-340bhp on stock turbo and other impossible things. I am tuning on this platform and above like 310 with a lot of flow mods it's not as easy as you make it sound.

​@mituc Easy is relative. From personal experience, 400hp is where the stock turbo tends to gas out. What I've seen more being a problem is the power curve, heat soak and spool time being more of an issue. To be fair, most speed 3s are in horrible shape, engine wise so I'm sure that'll hampers average hp numbers.

@@Amabar400hp on stock turbo... I do not think we're talking about the same platform. Depending on the fuel, 360-380-maybe-400hp is the limit of the factory fuelling system and can ONLY be achieved with a larger turbo. I will stop this conversation here.

not at all, it's just a GPS signal. There is also the option of using an OBD Bluetooth adapter and a car scanner app
