Mazda RX 7 R1 fd3s Final Good Bye SOLD! 

I have owned seven rotary Mazdas since 1973, one RX3, two RX4, all three generations of RX7, and a 40th Anniversary Edition RX8. Two of my RX7 were race-modified by Racing Beat and driven in Grand touring classes in SCCA and IMSA. I have over a million rotary miles on track and street. I had both one of my RX4 and my first gen FB RX7 (which I had 13B turboed and race -prepared by Racing Beat) when I lived in NYC and Long Island. Trust me, the new owner will ruin that FD in New York, sad to say. I moved from NYC and Long Island to Philly, then Southern NJ, and now Texas. I also use Rotary Performance to work on my 2008 40th Anniversary Edition RX8. It has been upgraded in many areas with parts from BHR, Racing Beat, Pettit Racing, Mazmart, Koyo-Rad, Rotary Performance and more. My 2008 40th Anniversary Edition RX8, which Mazda only made 1000 for USA, is now insured as a classic car for $50K, no depreciation. My FD was a 1993 RX7 Touring, red with tan interior. Best to you. I know you will miss it, but as you said on to the next project. Dont think about all the dumb things the new owner will do to it in NYC , LOL .

I bought my 93 R1 in VR from similar guy like you 10 years ago. He was very sad but his wife said it was good decision because they needed cash for their home. I still own it and rebuilt the engine with bigger port, single turbo, v mount intercooler, ohlins coilovers, etc. I have plans to go widebody in the future. I felt heartache from you just like he did. Wish you the best bro

I still debating doing this.....but I bought mine in 94 from a Dr who wanted a 911. I still have and it some guy just offered me nice money . I dunno its hard.
