Mazda RX-8 Hot start original engine 127 000 Km, 7°C 

Hi, original Coils, SPARK RE8C-L + RE9B-T Starter N3Z1 (230 rpm). Details I wrote under the video. Compresion 67 and 104 Psi :(

One rotor is shot while the other one is hanging on. Should keep you going for a few more years before a rebuild calls

In my opinion I give a maximum engine life 10-20K KM. I am an isolated case, the engine have hot and cold starts OK, have full power. Only gasoline consumption is abnormally high :( I'm going to exchange coils, spark cables (new spark have 1500km ago). Main and second O2 sensor :)

You are premixing and using good oil. The only other engine killer I can think of is your temperature. What is your idle and full load temp?

Idle during normal operation 85-100 and when traveling at maximum 110-120 (circuit- riding) Oil change every 6000 km and oil filters use K&N HP-1010 Oil is "Total quartz 9000"

MATY STO start motoru je jedno. Vypínání motoru je lepší za tepla :-). Pokud jsi z CZ/SK, napiš mi na zichacekj@centrum.cz a poradím ti podrobněji jak se o auto starat :-)
