They deserve the Nobel Peace prize. Their concerts are spiritually cleansing experience and bring out the best in us. Thank you Frankie Beverly & Maze.
I love watching this video and all of the videos when Mr. Beverly was in his prime. I saw his farewell tour in Atlanta and it was great. He sung the entire time he was on stage and the audience was on their feet from beginning to end! There was a dance party on the floor. Mr. Beverly and Maze is a constant. Their music remains in tact. No one can ever replace Mr. Beverly. We will always love him.
Iam just sitting here looking at him just crying over this man because I can't change back the hands of time for him how handson he was and so exciting to like at he put on such a good show iwas watching him the other day with his family frankie vis old now job well done you are simply amazing
Yeah, Frankie's old now, soon he'll be 80 but his music will live on forever! We thank God for giving him long life which many others have not seen. He's blessed us with his great music over the years. We thank God for him....he's been such a Blessing and his life teaches a lot. God's great. Thank u Jesus! All the Glory to you Lord 🙏🙏.
Can I just join on the conversation with yall. I’m just sitting here lonely & thinking back to some old days. Frankie & Maze are always great in my book.
That hit my heart ❤️ and soul deep, love. Mr Frankie Beverly is my icon, I ask god to help me sing like this! I sing his music everyday lol. I pray that GOD WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP HIM..
I just want to thank you for the making my young life as a twenty four old woman, really a girl that lost her husband the very night he passed. I was not going to miss you. Thank you. I will never forget Red Rocks Colorado and YOU AND PIECES OF A DREAM.❤❤❤❤
I put this on auto play. Frankie Beverly and Maze are "untouchable".No one can do it like Maze. This was when Frankie was in his prime and his " onstage performances" were incredible. He have you 100% and more. Some say James Brown was the "hardest working man"..well, I think Frankie Beverly and Maze is right up there with James Brown. Maze is incredible. The band sing, play instruments and make lovely music. If Frankie didn't sing one note, the band could just play and it would "set it off." We love you Frankie; we hate to see you retire; however, we realize that you have earned your place in the Hall of Fame and it would be selfish of us to want you to continue. For all the years that you have blessed us with inspiring songs and lovely music, we say " thank you and God bless." Enjoy your retirement!
Yes!!!I could watch Frankie anytime anyplace!! Nothing but heart and soul.. makes me cry every time. Me n my ex (rip) listened to maze all the time. Thank you Frankie
I am just sitting him looking at his video s just crying that's I much I love him and the fact he is older now it hurts me so much frankie I wish I can turn back the hands of time 20 years I just love love you
I feel you. I can't believe he is retiring. I just watch the older videos and remember Mr. Beverly as he was then. If allowed, we all age and Mr. Beverly has aged (well) but he has (in his own words) "put in the work" and now it is time for him to relax and enjoy life. He's given us so much!
Frankie, you would be one of the people on my list to be able to sit down with and have a conversation. I admire your love for God and for your fans. I want to thank you for making songs that bring such joy! Quite a man!

Beautiful Song... Thank you, Lord, for this beautiful man. Who God has used so awesomely. Thank you, Franklin Beverly, for giving your heart to your fans so freely. We love you.❤
It all went so fast Frankie but what a great ride, From Vernon Park and the Philly Ball rooms to great recordings and concerts world wide We want to thank you.
I love Maze I have the DVD concert in Losangeles in the 80s and Cd collection I saw Maze 2017 Frankie had a hard time but the music so full of energy he didn't have to sing the audience sang loud every part it was magical and magnificent everyone was on their feet yessss this is the kind Music Maze has made ❤❤❤❤❤
@@keithbrown3889 EW&F and the ISLEYS Brothers. It amazing to me that MAZE and the ISLEYS did it with no horn section, I'm 62 and most all the funk & R&B bands had a horn section. I can't put PARLIAMENT FUNKADELIC and JAMES BROWN in this conversation because they were on a whole different level of funk, but after James and PARLIAMENT FUNKADELIC these are my top 3.
