Although Newt in the book was like this buff, tall blonde surfer guy, I really like that they casted Thomas Brodie Sangster. His youthful looks and almost delicate build really embodied Newt's personality best - pure, kind, and fragile. AND HIS HAIR

I think Newt in the movies wasn't like Newt in the books, in terms of appearance. Cuz the hair was supposed to be longer, and I feel like he seemed a little buffer, more scratched up in the books. But the personality, the kinda silly, authoritative, sarcastic wise man was perfectly done by Thomas Sangster. He has this kind of vibe that tells you that he's very wise and mature, even whilst looking young. And I think that's what drew Wes to make him Newt.

It kinda sucks that they said that the cast won’t come together and hang out or anything now that the series is over. In the bloopers and extra features you can see them having so much fun together just filming these movies. No more maze runner movies, books. This will really suck when it all ends. But I’m so hype for the last films.

Sophia I don't think Thomas was the only cure. Remember back in the Scorch Trials,at the dorms,the kids were being drained and blue liquid had come out of them? And at the Right Arm camp,Mary had drawn Thomas' blood and the mixture she made with it was also blue? Any of them other than Newt,Brenda and Jorge could have helped. Even Teresa.

Well said Alyssa.....right there with you. I can recall getting "misty-eyed" watching Titanic back in 1997 in the theatre. BUT this 3rd movie of Maze Runner is on a whole other level.....totally. The best conclusion for any movie franchaise.....ever. Action....emotion.....heroism......❤I LOVE THIS FILM❤

Given the fact that Kaya & Thomas are both based in the UK, and Dylan has been pretty busy making movies & the RU-vid series Weird City, I don't expect they'll all be hanging out again. That's par for the course in the TV & movie industry. Dylan is also very close with the Teen Wolf cast, but it is what it is.

I like how they always mention Dylan with his spiked up hair, but then Ki-Hong is just sitting there like “hey. Yeah I had my hair spiked and they liked it. They even let me keep it spiked in the movies.”
