Hey there Ali! While I'm not exactly a turbine kind of guy, I do appreciate all forms of scale RC flight, and turbines are some of the most impressive of the bunch for sure. This jet looks like a fantastic rendition of the MB339, and I can only imagine it flies like a sweetheart! Great job by you and the rest of the team!
Looks like a brilliant choice for sure. Been flying the 2.4m Skymaster MB339 for a few years, and it's hard to think of a better (or sexier) wing model that this. REALLY hope decals are not pre applied though - and would love to see it in other liveries
Hi Ali, while I'm not a Turbine guy, I'd love to see this one fly someday. And who knows it's possible that in years to come, I may get into a Turbine. I think it's especially nice that Hangar 9 and King Tec have put together the combo deal. For me the real problem is that we have no fields in this area that allow Turbine Jets. I love that you set it up to be an every mans turbine. I hope it's wildly popular and is the starting point for more of this type of thing from H9 and Horizon. BTW, just out of curiosity do you have a grasp on cruise speed and landing speed. The video shows how well it slows down, but I'm wondering if it's at a speed that an old guy like me would be comfortable. I do get along well with my Viper 90.

No 200 Mph for this one. It is not meant for those sorts of speeds. This is a lightly loaded, easy-to-fly, land and takeoff jet meant to get people started. 200 Mph os for the composite hot rods.
Great job on this brother. I'm ver interested. Hopefully, you will add this to the real flight evo simulator? I wish you guys would do the best job you could, and add planes for in game purchases even, if thats what it took to make it perfect. You can easily get a ton of people to buy add on planes for 3 bucks each or something if they're done right. Anyway, I would love this, I don't belong to a legitimate flying field, esp a place to fly turbines? I wish this was both, edf and turbine capable.
its cool and I would get as a starter jet but sadly my club ban turbine jets this pass November because some where breaking the rules and over flying the boundary .
Is this suitable for grass field operations? What is the takeoff roll and landing runout distances? My field isn’t huge, but it doesn’t have a turbine waiver at this point so I guess I’m just drooling for now.

@@alimachinchy7673 I had seen that in the video, I know you guys have quite a long runway at Eli field. My field is 350’ on a good day and not the smoothest. Maybe something you guys could cover in a product profile. In general, the limitations of my field has kept me out of most warbirds and EDF’s with retracts because they can’t take the grass. Other than bush style planes, I’ve been selling off my foam electrics and refocusing on larger wood planes as they handle grass field flying better without damage.
@@Jon_Flys_RC That's a tough one because there are so many variables. I just did a test at an event that I was at, and I used less than 80 ft to take off and land.
