Such an amazing & informative video, bhaiyya! ❤ loved it! I have been working in HUL for 3 yrs in manufacturing and now I have given CAT, solely because I felt a strong inclination towards HR.. and now I’ll be joining MDI for its PGDM-HRM ❤

Sir very well explained video . i just randomly come to your video but one thing i must say is this is the best detailed video for HR students i have ever seen till date . Thanks for the valuable information .
bhai koi bataiga mba hr kar ne se pehle basic kya skill hai muje next year admission lena hai to basic skill pe kam karne ka pata chale please batao koi jis ne mba hr kia hai vo 😢
Sir I got 99.65 percentile, GNEM, 16 month workex (left job during interviews due to scheduling) I am totally stuck between IIM U core vs MDI HR, Half of the people suggest bigger brand hence MDI HR Other half suggesting choice of domains and better course hence IIM U I have no domain preference (neither like nor dislike HR - i was targetting core and gain experience and then choose) And tbh it's kinda pinching me to go for IIM U at 99.65 (though it's UNDOUBTEDLY a great college but at this percentile?)
Hi Ananta, thanks for this video! I want to pursue a career in HR so this was much needed for me. I am currently on the waitlist for XLRI HRM, and hoping to convert the same but if things don't go my way, would you say Scmhrd is a decent option for HR?
Hello sir, I plan to pursue my MBA HR in 2024. I have received 3-4 offer letters from decent tier 2 level institutions where the average package is beyond 10 lpa. The only thing which is stopping me is that I wish to work abroad after gaining 5-6 years of experience in India. Will it be possible to work abroad after completing my mba hr in India ? Can you please guide me in this matter, it will be really helpful.
It all depends on your company and the roles you get into. If the company has reputation outside India and if the role aligns with the market demand in the respective country, it should be possible
I am interested in mba in finance and i heard mba in finance only work as account opening in Bank cause they don't have much opportunities. Please share your views.
There are so many roles in finance. Account opening and selling loans and insurance comes under sales and marketing category(but in finance sector). But if you do MBA in finance you will be responsible for credit analysis or credit manager or financial specialist or you can become operations manager in financial sector. Now understand this:- account opening role can only be given in Banking sectors. But career in finance can be in any company say parle, Nestle, TVS, even e-commerce co. Like Amazon and Flipkart. After doing MBA your primary role will be to manage and handle finance of that company.
@@VickyVK-yh1nn Hey! See if you will ask about Demand for the job! Then you should definitely look into courses like Data science or Business analyst to get a Job easily and with a decent salary. But if you really want to achieve something great and you believe you will not be able to get a MBA college, than you should do courses like Product manager, trust me buddy this thing is something different🔥, you can check the average salary offered in india to product manager. It's a easy yet very impactful course. And many people don't know about this course. And also this is the only course or job role which you can get without doing MBA from top IIM's or B school which offers such a great salary. Other job roles like Investment banker and management consulting are also good but you will need to do a MBA from Top cllg. I hope you will search more about Product management. And answer to your exact question:- specialization in finance and marketing always has a good opportunity. Choose according to your interest. And yes Product management comes under Marketing and General MBA.
One urgent and Imp Question so pls Guide I have 7.5+yrs experience in sales n marketing(Banca Insurance)and in graduation has done BBA(hr),also have done distance mba in hr from ignou during my job for career switch in hr....so can get get a good switch position and salary as what i am getting in sales (insurance)(or equivalent)pls guide
From the video, it doesn't feel like there is much growth in HR. Also you had not tell the different designation one has to go before becoming CHRO and salaries at different stages. Also, it looks like the persons other than HR will have a faster growth than HR. Please reply and correct me if any wrong @ananta.chhajer
