Yeah that part with Koha lip syncing is a part I criticize myself on a lot. I prolly could have done a much better job on it if I had more patience, or a better process. The source footage was in a weird format, and after effects didnt really play nice with it, adding in arbitrary frames at the start and end when I cut it down. I also havent rally figured out how to get sound to import and work in after effects, so to actually sync it, I had to edit, then render in after effects, then import that into my editor with the sound and video in the time line, then render that chunk out and see what it looked like, then guess frame amounts for tweaking it. The preview renderer in my actual editing software (MEP 2012) really sucks at real time rendering. So the take away from that is that it was a lot of lip syncing, and each part of motion was like a 2 hour process. I started cutting corners fairly quickly, and it's noticeable to me, but it's also close enough I think.

You might criticize yourself but I sure don't! The use of humor made sense considering the Carnival Phantasm content.. please continue! (ever considered Adobe Premiere?)
