MBB BK 117 C-2, EC-145 Airbus Eurocopter Helicopter Twin Turbine Engine Start Up and Take Off. 

They are a rare breed these days. Most companies opting for the single engine.

@@hasbook7156 yeah, maintenance Xs 2. I learned on a Bell 47. Definitely prefer today's jet turbine engines to the gas piston airframe of the past. Ok, truth time......... I learned on a harnessed Pterodactyl. Lol 😂

Hi. Now renamed an Airbus H145. It was built by Eurocopter/Airbus as an updated version of the MBB BK117 off the original Type Certificate and is, or was at the time of this filming officially a BK-117 C-2. Sincerely Chris 240-R-A 1124PM April 6, 2024

Hi. Actually EC145 is the marketing name. It has been since this filming been updated and renamed again. Now it is an Airbus H145. June 23, 2023.

Off hand I'm going to say they are based at Butler County Airport, leaving it open though, if a later correction is warranted.

240RobertA, if they were from Butler, then that is LifeFlight 4. Cool!!

LifeFlight has been majorly switching which helicopter is at which base. That might be LF 4 out of Butler, but I'm not sure.
