MBRP Cat Back Exhaust Install Chevy Truck 5.3 liter 

I am thinking of getting one of these, has it held up nice for your Yukon?

Have you decided on what your going to do? If so, how did it come out?

@@11SEXMACHINE - I have not, still weighing options. After researching the MBRP muffler construction, they're straight through mufflers like Magnaflow...but without the acoustic packing!!! No reflection chambers, no acoustic packing, just the resonator chamber. These MBRP mufflers are closer in design to a resonator than a muffler. Now I know why they're loud. As cheap as this kit is, I'm not a fan of aluminumized because they're only 3-5 year exhausts before corroding, and I plan to keep the truck longer than that because it's getting a full rebuild (suspension, frame, driveline, interior, body, etc). The stainless MBRP kit is $450, but still too loud for my daily driver needs, so after adding on a $100 Magnaflow muffler to the stainless MBRP kit, I might as well just pay for the entire Magnaflow kit. What's interesting is when I first started looking at the Magnaflow catback kit 6-months ago on Amazon, they were $479. Then they went up to $529. Then $579. Now they're $605! 😐

Use a breaker bar and a 6 point socket and snap them off, just like in the video. Worst case scenario use a cutting torch.

I think we just turned them out and put bolts in it. Maybe we ground them off, I don't remember.
