[thoughts from an INTP here] I think that your analysis is close to the truth... though I'm still considering if he could be ESTP or as you said, ESFP. It's mainly because of a tumblr post I saw some time ago. Anyways, I look forward to seeing the other videos in the series! (I'm especially looking forward for Pidge, to whom I relate the most OwO)
i agree that hes an esfp but i do think keith brings out some of the other sides of him and would attribute this to keith being in the intj or a closely related type. they can bring out the best in eachother ( think season 3) and the worst in eachother. also full disclosure i do ship them. and i am an infj but i split on fj and j some times but fall EXTREMELY heavy into i and n
He is SUCH an ESFP. I reason a bit differently since I only look at function stack and not individual letters (I feel you can come to very different conclutions depending on which you use. Like, if you only use the letters it's very easy to come to the conclution that someone might be a T rather than an F or vise versa since everyone has a bit of both. The J/P is largely useless since they're only indicators of wether the first extroverted function is a judging (F/T) function or a percieving (S/N) function, and the traits don't always add up) but Lance is 100% an ESFP. Just... he is. He just is. The others I'm less sure about, though. I would argue that Keith is also an ESFP OR possibly an ISFP. It kinda depends. Keith is different, though because of his upbringing. There's also the posability that Keith might be on the autism spectrum making him seem more introverted than he actualy is. Keith is very naturally responsive to his surroundings and he's calm and feel at home in the out doors. He's not very good at connecting with people (again, might tie in to autism or ptsd or something similar) but he does WANT to. He feels very unhappy when he feels disconnected with others and feels happy when he does. So I think dominant Se really rings true for Keith. By having dominant Se he would have inferiour Ni. Which I personally think fits rather well. Ni is all about the big picture and thinking ahead, seeing how all things are connected and relate to each other in an intuitive sense rather than a logical sense. "We're all made of the same cosmic dust" anyone? Having inferious Ni means you WANT to be able to think ahead and see the big picture but it doesn't come as natural to you as living in the moment does. And Keith definitely struggles with that, though he also likes just taking time to himself and contemplate. I think the Fi Te axis is kind of a given for Keith (Rather than, say Fe/Ti). It's very important for Keith to do the right thing and he's very adamant about implementing his ideas and morals, though not at the expense of others UNLESS it is to help others (He's COMPLEX). Wether he has dominant Fi or Se is kind up in the air but I'd go for dominant Se since he struggles more with Ni than Te. THIS GOT LONG SO I'M STOPPING NOW. Ahhhh :'D The others.... I have no idea tbqh.XD Haven't thought about it.
Hey it’s an INFP here, remember when you’re typing people to get a little more insight into extroversion and introversion, because it’s not just how energetic and focused you are, it’s also how you get your energy. For example, because of my auxiliary Ne, I do seem a little more extroverted with my friends than I actually am, but when I’m in public by myself, I try to avoid eye contact and kinda wish I was at home instead. I can also stay at home by myself for a whole day with no problem, as an extrovert would probably begin feeling lonely or restless. I don’t do well in crowds, and I can’t public speak for shit, I also prefer to work alone. But since I’m quite energetic around those I know and I’m not the most focused, that chart could quite possibly type me as extroverted. So just kinda keep that in mind when you’re typing. Checking the functions usually fixes that though, so it’s not too big of a deal. I also think lance would probably either have a teritary or inferior Fi, but he might have an Auxiliary one that he just doesn’t show to other people. I’m not an expert either.
I think Keith is INTP, I consider Allura an ESTJ while Coran might be ENFP, I think Pidge is likely ISTJ ... I'd love to see your takes on them, though
