This food has lots of nutrients consideration all the ingredients so is very good for people who eat once a day..... but chaley,Ur child go bore washing all the cooking pots 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅.I think I will add my own idea of boiling everything for the stew in one pot and checking and taking out the cooked ones as it goes on.....😜
