I like that analogy. Anything you do can “leave crumbs”. Say you fold the laundry, then you have the choice of putting it on the bed folded, or directly into the drawers. Choosing the bed has just created “crumbs” for you to deal with in the future. I like the idea of acting in a clean manner. Don’t create emotional crumbs or physical crumbs that steal from your peace in the future.
Love this advice! Don’t create unnecessary stress for yourself with things like instant gratification or chasing something that won’t ultimately give you the relief you’re looking for.

Leaving crumbs is what makes people go burnt out. Always be content with what you do & most importantly.... be honest with yourself & others. Even if the truth isnt what people want to hear or hard to say. Do it! It will set you free.
