McConaughey’s are funding an emergency aid plane with @Baby2Baby that is filled with hundreds of thousands more emergency supplies that will have an immediate impact on children and families on Maui.
@Baby2Baby is working with their partners on the ground including @alohadiaperbank,@mauifoodbank,@hawaiidiaperbank, @pacificbirthcollective @mauirapidresponse.

What the hell are you talking about? Pres has approved additional disaster funds relief to normal FEMA disaster relief. He’s sent over 1000 federal workers, 300 of which are search and rescue teams. You’re just regurgitating right wing talking points that are lies.

Idea- if you and every celebrity who own houses on Maui pulled together and invested your $, you could all rebuild Lahaina for a future percentage of the tourism profits and you could build hurricane, fire proof, solar homes, with $ from the tourism profits going back into the community. Just a thought. I would do it. There is a ranch community in SW Florida with solar and hurricane proof homes. 😊🙏😇

Matt is there anyway that you can get Fire Storm watches and warnings started. For instance, if the conditions are right for a Firestorm to occur, then just like with tornados and thunderstorms. Certain areas can get Firestorm watches and warnings, to prepare and plan. So this doesn't happen again. Have safe evacuation routes to give people a chance. The conditions in Maui were ideal, but they had no watches and warnings in place. Your voice is bigger than mine and this could prevent the next Maui.
