It’s great to see you all back again, in studio, playing on that awesome gaming table! More so, I gotta say Matt, among your many great talents, I really appreciate how much you cheerlead your friends. Continually showing appreciation and giving credit. It’s really cool to see your genuine excitement for the overlays that Jerry created and is managing live. And they are really cool on their own merit! But, all too often with online shows, little thought or notice is given to the work that someone has done to establish the aesthetic of a stream. Jerry does a great job, and it’s great to see you actively shouting it out.

Glad you're all back in the studio together again. I couldn't believe it when I saw you were playing Nuclear War, as I remember playing the 1965 version of this when I was a kid. I had no idea the game still existed, let alone has grown with expansions and updates. A megaton of thanks for bringing this game back into my awareness. And great job on the graphics, Jerry!

I've played Nuclear War before seeing this video. Lots of fun! Once, I remember being lucky enough to win a game with more people than I started with.

Think you guys misinterpreted that secret that wiped OD, it said your ENEMY attempts to take over THEIR neighbour, it's the enemy that is the target so anyone is a legitimate target That said, it was still hilarious

It's great to see another video out! Just throwing this out there before I watch this one: I'd love to see another Dune video sometime. Y'all do such a great job with those, I really loved watching them.

Is the old rule "If I Can't Win then Everybody Dies!" still in the rules? You could have detonated the 100 megaton in your own country and spin hoping for the triple yield.

I remember playing Nuclear War on my Amiga 500 as a child. Sounds like that game was based on this board game.

This was a really good game (watched the other stream the other day).

Sorry, but this is hard to watch without seeing the board and knowing what's going on. With board/card games you really need a camera on the table. I don't think Matt realised that his explanation of the game wasn't even on camera, the way he is explaining it visually by moving the cards around suggests he assumes everyone can see it - pretty painful to watch.

LOL... I always played with the 100Mt final vengeance - if you had the 100Mt bomb and nothing that could launch it, you could blow it up and try for the end of the world.

I love this game! In college, we would sit at the Country Kitchen until 2am playing Nuclear War, Escalation, and Proliferation!

This might be controversial but if you mirror-flip everyone in the lower mirror universe then their directions of behavior will all nicely match up.

One of my favourite games that I bought in the late '70s. I still play it, and the spinner still works (but has been fixed many, many times).

I always loved asking for change for 25milion people. This was one for our favorite games to play when I was in the Army back in the early 90’s. Fun times.

Great game I'm trying to remember how to play. Haven't played since ~'88 when I worked at a summer camp. We played this and many other great no-electricity/electronics required games back then.

OMG. We played the hell out of this game in high school.

Breaking out the classics. Friday night gaming, but if the game didn't make for some reason it was Cosmic Encounters, Nuke War, or Illuinati.

I like the games they play, the banter and explanations.

Was thinking of picking up the 50th anniversary edition, which expansions would go well with it? The game looks fun.

I almost exclusively lurk, but I felt compelled to comment. Between this game, Dusk, EJ's glorious return, and talk of Choob Con, the Shield of Gravesford AND The Chain, I couldn't be more excited and delighted for the future of this company and the community! BCNU!

I learned to play this game at LASFS in 1992, I purchased Nuclear War, Escalation, and Proliferation the next week and played various combinations until 2007 when I moved to NYS. Great times with this TTG!

The real shame is FBI is no longer in operation and when they made the expansions into a collectable card game I was too poor to get any sigh...MY all time favorite card game and so few know about it hope someone picks up the rights someday and rereleases!

Nuclear War is a great game (especially with one or more expansions) but we would normally remove the Lose A Turn cards. Losing a turn in a game with four or more players is absolutely no fun.

Nuclear war card game. Or How I used a card game to give up fear and learned to live with the bomb. The music for wartime sounds like DECON soundtrack. I love it.

Are you familiar with the war game Crossfire? You might've been thinking of that when you were wondering if playing an anti-missile card moved the turn to that player was from another game, because Crossfire allows players to steal initiative by succeeding with their reaction fire outside of their turns.

2 global nuclear war scenarios. In one, 1 million humans survive the immediate war, probably starving or dying of radiation poisoning soon after. In the other, noone survives even that long. Truely, the only winning move is not to play.

We played this game all through high school and college. Loved it. We even play it almost every year on the last day of GenCon. W/home-brew rules. (Cull the hell out of the propagandas, for one.)

I love this game. It's so very silly. And it proves the Wargame truism "The only winning move is not to play the game." (most of the time)
