You bring up a point about arm bars that I've been trying to get people to understand for a while now... If you can push their leg off your face before they can lock their foot with their other foot or under your other arm, you can just sit up. Most people don't even try to put up a defense against this because no one really seems to try it. lots of floppy legs across faces.

I think his general technique is more or less impressive. I can't speak on his resume given that I don't know about his background. That said, I don't know if I would depend on this specific art, but it would be interesting to dissect it and see how it's functions work and what is the validity of it's effectiveness. I am not completely sold on him, but I am not completely shut off in comparison to other supposed masters. He clearly knows something about martial arts. Just sharing another opinion.
