I have been waiting to see if someone was going to do this. I loved the toy back in the day. Man, if I had any skills whatsoever, I would totally do this. Sadly, though, I will just have to live through your video

It can be very tedious for sure lol.i cant 3D print so i just go old school. Its amazing how versitile bondo is.i made an ironman helmet,captain america helmet,molnir out of it. I will try to put up videos of them soon.
If you don't want to cut up canopies in the future, I make a ton of upgrade and replacement parts! I have a Facebook group called Kenner customs/replacement and upgrade parts.
Thank you! I did give it some thought,but the shape and thinness of it would be extremly complicated to mold. I hopefully will have a video of all my custom batman,batman returns figures ive made in a few days.
That is a great custom piece Sir. Agree that the movie is movie magic, even a piece of the canopy in the center pops off and the canopy closes together to be even slimmer. By the way, which figure is that Batman Returns please?
Thank you, i used a flash movie torso,a flash movie batman legs and arms. I made a resin copy of my mezco head and shaved/ resculpted it to be slimmer profile like the returns cowl.
I made him. I used a flash movie young barry upper torso, a flash movie batman lower torso,legs,and arms. I made a mold of my mezco batmans head and made a resin cast. I trim/ thinned don the cowl to match the one in returns.
