I would shape shift my face even better-looking than I actually look so I can finally attract the attention of some women, and possibly find a girlfriend myself, as I have always been shunned and heartbroken by countless crushes in high school and now college(which btw I am close to graduating)

I know this is such a minor thing to complain about but does anyone else miss the Thickness of the old trading cards that came with the figures? They are so thin and flimsy now.. anyways great review!

I love the detail and the sculpt with all the sunken faces but to me he felt cheap being so hollow and I think he could of been a little taller

Wouldn't be surprised if mcfarlane came out with a gold label version where the eyes lights up to match the picture on the card

If I recall correctly, and correct me if I'm wrong please, but I think the faces you see in his mold are ones he mimicked before. When he's full on clay face mode he can't control what random faces his body creates. At least sometimes. Perhaps it's related to his emotions? I just recall in a few of his appearances that his mimicking ability went out of control and he just became an amalgamation of random, tortured looking, clay faces.

I forgot that old clay face had those rubbery arms....that was an awesome figure that still holds up....but how are you keeping those arms from rotting off.....I’ve seen so many pictures with them just trashed....great review

Still, nothing beats your epic beloved Mattel DC Superheroes Clayface, does it, Spot? I still love how both Clayface figures look tho, this one still looks quite cool

There's just something about that original Clayface that has all the charm of the Batman TAS and the sculpt that Mattel put into the figure, the rubber arms are the only thing that doesn't make that figure perfect and the best Clayface we've ever gotten

I own a collection of books dedicated to several Batman´s Villains. In the Clayface book there´s the Mudpack story and the cover is Batman fighting all the Clayfaces.

I have him, I like him, but my main problem is that he’s just too symmetrical. I wish one arm or one leg had been bigger or more oozier than the other… maybe with a big wrecking ball / axe hand. Something to make him a bit more dynamic.

I only got to this Clayface figure yesterday and, well, out of the package his entire head snapped off when I tried to turn it sideways (joint just cracked and snapped). I contacted my store and getting replacement one in couple of days, but still I’m very disappointed. He is made out of a very cheap plastic, especially his chest piece. Any advice from you on how to handle such figures, Spot? Well probably despite heating the joints lol

I really hoped this would be the one and only review on youtube that wouldn't compare his color to... you know what. Well, nevermind. I like the vid anyway - nice detailed description, I likes your appreciation for the character.
