I graduated in '82 and we had hardly ANY issues in our schools besides typical teenage fights (1-2/year, tops - minor), bickering and gossip. You felt so safe and secure. I wish kids nowadays could experience the same.
There's a youtube channel called "5ninthavenueproject" that is seemingly just that. The guy spent the majority of the 80s filming his daily life in NYC and the southern US. Of course there was no audience for it at the time, and he passed away in 89, but he has to be considered a true pioneer of the format. It's a great snapshot of a bygone era.
No, it's due to all the crap the government puts in food now, the environment that makes all teenagers today look like hoards of "It's Pat." Look at teens from back in the 40s to the 90s. We all looked our age. Today, all you see are Pats. Stubby, fat indistinguishables.
Yeah . . . Like most everything is different nowadays . . . Google heads and overly sensitive crybabies have taken over nowadays . . . The American dream has become the American nightmare nowadays .
I was born in 1967 . . . And proud of it . . . I'm 57 and wouldn't want to be young nowadays . . . And I graduated high school in 1984 . . . And loved every minute of it .
Back then, high school in my Canadian province lasted 5 years if you planned on attending university. The seniors in my school looked like senior citizens to my freshman eyes.
Why don't you just keep your face buried in your cell phone like a true Google head freak that doesn't know how to do anything else but keep his face buried in a cell phone . . . If you don't like it don't watch the video . . That's called common sense . . 🖕🖕🖕
People dressed so much more conservatively back then. People now show a little more skin and have more unique silhouettes and cuts to their clothes. Don't mean this disrespectfully but they look like they're dressed for church.
Unfortunately kids today are obese and have no business showing skin. Fat rolls are just not attractive no matter what generation you're in. In 1986 when teenagers went to the beach conservatism went out the window and hot chicks and guys showed their assets.
I was ten years old in 1986 and wondered why women seemed to go out of their way to be unattractive with their hair and clothes choices. Then I was in high school during the beginning of post grunge and half the girls wanted to look like lumberjacks.
Yeah like you're some big door prize . . In this generation nowadays you're a long way from looking like any kind of big door prize . . . You're just a bunch of Google heads nowadays . . That's why y'all keep your faces stuck in your cell phones . . 🖕🖕🖕
I'm getting real CREEPER vibes from this guy. Judging from his videos and especially the THUMBNAILS he chose to post to get eyeballs, there were 965,000 girls who attended MHS and two boys. IS it just me? There is NO SPIRIT of innocence in his videotaping the "pretty" girls. And you cannot deny that's what he did. He's not being cute. He's being a stalker. WHere did he end up, federal day-camp?
